In addition, this logical thinking test can be used in talent acquisition and learning and development initiatives across roles, job levels and industries. Designed by subject matter experts, this pre-employment test can assess candidates on their ability to examine a piece of information rationally and draw logical conclusions. It also evaluates the ability to filter out futile information and identify the relevant set of information points.
This logical reasoning test consists of questions across various skills such as puzzles, arrangements, deductions, and much more besides. The test comprises a piece of text outlining the premise of the question, followed by three or four answer options. An individual must identify which answer option is correct out of the given answer options. This test includes 20 questions to be completed in 30 minutes. Moreover, the candidate's skills are assessed on three levels: easy, medium and difficult.
