Running an organization without a budget could be overwhelming. Using the power of a budget to identify obstacles and establish strategies on paper can help you avoid or adapt to those surprises in advance. This course will teach you how to create purchase budgets, income statements and balance sheets. And also How to detect ethical difficulties in the budgeting process, and how to improve teamwork and planning.
